Mr. Setter is the former Senior Financial Editor for Report on Mining and has been consulting with publicly trading companies for over a decade. In addition to Fuse, he also sits on the boards of two other listed mining companies and holds a degree in Economics from UBC. Since 2000 he has held several key positions including Research Manager, Corporate Research and Analytics and has been involved in the launch of dozens of new enterprises assisting with financing, cash flow forecasting, strategic client acquisition and planning. Mr. Setter brings over two decades of business development, marketing and resource experience to the Company.
Chip Richardson is a life-long banker and currently has the role of Assistant Vice President, Investments for Wedbush Securities in Lake Oswego, a suburb of nearby Portland, Oregon. From the age of fourteen, Chip began investing in the stock market and upon graduation from Oregon State University (B.Sc. Economics), Chip was hired as a Financial Advisor by Dean Witter Securities, now Morgan Stanley. After Dean Witter, Chip worked at Paine Webber, now UBS, before joining Wedbush in 1999.
Mr. Reimer is the former Executive Vice-President (EVP) of BC Hydro’s Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business group, and held the EVP position from June 2010 until 2017 leaving BC Hydro to pursue work in the green energy field. In his senior executive capacity, Greg brings a wealth of operational experience and strong leadership from over 26 years in the public sector. At BC Hydro, Greg was responsible for approximately 2,300 employees who plan, design, build, operate and maintain the systems and assets needed to deliver electricity safely and reliably to BC Hydro’s four million customers. In total, Greg was accountable for $580M in annual capital investments in transmission and distribution infrastructure, and $325M in annual operating and maintenance expenditures. Greg also led a major strategic, multi-year transformation of BC Hydro’s T&D organization that is increasing operational efficiency, improving safety performance, building a more reliable, modern electricity grid to meet growing customer expectations. BC Hydro is Canada’s third largest electric utility with over $5.7 billion in annual revenues and 32 hydroelectric facilities.
Bill is a founder and principal of Macdonald Tuskey, Corporate and Securities Lawyers, a boutique securities and corporate finance firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia established in April 2008. Prior to that, from February 1998 to April 2008, he was a partner with Clark Wilson LLP and a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance / Securities Practice Group. Since May 2008, Bill has been a director of Blackbird Energy Inc., an oil and gas exploration company listed on the Exchange and was also the President of Blackbird from May 2008 until February 2013. He currently serves as a director of Viscount Mining Corp., a position he has held since October 2011, a director of Patriot Petroleum Corp. since December 2015 and a director and founder of Black Lion Capital Corp. since its inception on January 20, 2015. Bill was also previously a director of First Americas Gold Corporation, formerly Pannonia Ventures Corp. and Benz Capital Corp.
Bill has an impressive 40+ years in the fields of mining and geoscience, and nearly 20 years in a senior management position for public resource companies. He has been involved with several major metal exploration projects across Canada, the USA, and in Mexico. Bill is a member of APEGBC, and holds or has held director positions for Eastfield Resources Ltd., Lorraine Copper Corp., Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd., and Consolidated Woodjam Copper Corp. Bill has his B.Sc. from Carleton University, and completed his graduate studies from UBC.
Frank J. Basa has more than 37 years global experience in mineral exploration and development as a professional hydrometallurgical engineer with a focus in milling, gravity concentration, flotation, leaching and refining of precious and base metals.
In addition to his direct mining expertise, Frank Basa has been a lecturer at the Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology, a Manager at the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines and has spent over seven years as the Refinery Manager & Environmental Co-ordinator for Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. Mr. Basa is the current Chairman & CEO of Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc.
Mr. Kiessling is an exploration geologist and currently serves as Exploration Manager with Canada Silver Cobalt. Prior to that, he gained valuable geological exploration experience working for several companies across Canada including Agnico Eagle, Kirkland Lake Gold, First Cobalt, and McEwen Mining. He graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science (Honors), majoring in Earth Science.
Mr. Halliday has more than 15 years experience with both mineral exploration and development as a professional geologist with a focus on orebody modelling and reserve evaluation for both precious and base metals. Mr. Halliday has also gained a wide range of experience with advanced field exploration and drilling throughout Canada. Mr. Halliday is the current president and chief operating officer of Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc., a position he has held since 2020. Prior to 2020, Mr. Halliday was the vice-president of exploration for Canada Cobalt since 2019.
